Ledgers
Ledgers provide detailed views of all financial transactions organised by account or by partner. They are the primary tool for verifying balances and investigating transactions.
General Ledger
The General Ledger shows every financial transaction grouped by account. For each account you see: date, journal entry, label, currency amount, debit, credit, balance, cumulated balance, and matching status. Filter by journal, date range, or specific accounts. Export to PDF or copy to spreadsheet using the PDF and XLSX buttons.
Partner Ledger
The Partner Ledger shows receivable and payable transactions grouped by partner. Select a partner to see all invoices, payments, credit notes, and their net balance. This is the go-to view for checking what a specific customer owes or what you owe a specific vendor.
